By accessing and using CustomIT (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
CustomIT provides a cloud-based business management platform designed for locksmith companies, including but not limited to job scheduling, dispatching, lead management, invoicing, messaging, and analytics tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Certain features of the Service require payment. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership over your business data, client information, or other content you create or upload. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable advance notice when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CustomIT Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately. We will make your data available for export for a period of 30 days following termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
